Director of DEI

Gracy Ahuja
Meet Gracy Ahuja, our new Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) for AIMS in 2024-2025! Gracy is a Residential Early Career MSIM student specializing in Business Intelligence and Data Science. Her favorite class so far has been IMT 570 with Professor Heather Whiteman, who made problem-solving concepts accessible and sparked Gracy’s interest in People Analytics. As Director of DEI, she’s dedicated to creating a vibrant, inclusive environment by organizing workshops, events, and our Quarterly Diversity Panel. Gracy aims to foster understanding, support DEI initiatives, and create a safe space where everyone feels valued. She’s excited about the upcoming events and forming lifelong connections with new people. When not at school, Gracy enjoys Thai food—especially the Pad Thai and Panang Curry at Arayas Place on the Ave. She also loves reading mystery/thriller books (Lisa Jewell is her favorite), skiing, hiking, and crocheting. Please join us in welcoming Gracy and look forward to a year of meaningful engagement and connection! 🌟
